zlotyruch Terms of Use

§1. General Provisions regarding zlotyruch

• 1.1. This document sets out the rules for using the zlotyruch mobile application and related services operating in the Android environment.
• 1.2. The operator and owner of the rights to the game is the company zlotyruch Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sosnowiec.
• 1.3. Starting to use the game is equivalent to accepting these terms.

§2. Definitions of Terms Used in zlotyruch

• Application – the zlotyruch mobile program
• User – a natural person using the zlotyruch Application
• Player Profile – an individual user account in the zlotyruch application
• Functionalities – available options and modules in the zlotyruch application
• Materials – all content offered within the zlotyruch application

§3. Registration and Account Management in zlotyruch

3.1. Registration requirements for zlotyruch:

• Having full legal capacity (over 18 years of age)
• Providing true and current personal data during zlotyruch registration
• Expressing consent to the content of these zlotyruch terms and conditions
• Granting the necessary access permissions required by the zlotyruch application

3.2. zlotyruch User obligations:

• Keeping login details to their zlotyruch Player Profile confidential
• Preventing third parties from using the Account in zlotyruch
• Updating all data related to the zlotyruch user Account
• Complying with the principles of fair play and game ethics in zlotyruch

§4. Rules for Using the zlotyruch Application

4.1. Permitted actions in zlotyruch

• Participation in virtual games offered by zlotyruch
• Communicating with other users using the available tools in zlotyruch
• Using all available options and game functions of zlotyruch
• Making payments for additional functionalities in the zlotyruch application

4.2. Prohibited actions in zlotyruch

• Using automation software (bots, scripts) in the zlotyruch game
• Exploiting errors and vulnerabilities in the zlotyruch game software in an unfair manner
• Selling or sharing Accounts with other zlotyruch users, whether for a fee or free of charge
• Taking actions aimed at cheating or manipulating zlotyruch game results

§5. Financial Transactions in the zlotyruch Application

5.1. Accepted payment methods in zlotyruch:

• Payment cards (debit and credit) accepted by the zlotyruch system
• Standard bank transfers made to zlotyruch
• Mobile payment systems cooperating with zlotyruch
• Other payment options available in the zlotyruch application

5.2. Terms of making purchases in zlotyruch:

• All prices presented in the zlotyruch application include VAT
• Finalizing a transaction is irreversible according to zlotyruch policy
• Purchased virtual goods in zlotyruch are non-refundable
• Payment processing is carried out through external payment operators cooperating with zlotyruch

§6. Intellectual Property Rights to zlotyruch

• 6.1. All copyrights to the zlotyruch Application, including graphic elements, sounds, algorithms, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of zlotyruch Sp. z o.o.
• 6.2. The User is prohibited from:
  • Distributing any content from the zlotyruch game without the consent of the rights holder
  • Modifying, decompiling, or interfering with the source code of the zlotyruch application
  • Creating any derivative works based on the zlotyruch application without prior consent
  • Using the zlotyruch application for commercial or profit-making purposes without an appropriate license

§7. Limitation of zlotyruch Liability

• Periodic unavailability of zlotyruch services resulting from technical reasons or maintenance breaks
• Loss of User data not caused by zlotyruch
• Behavior of other users of the zlotyruch application
• Indirect and direct damages resulting from the use of the zlotyruch application, except for damages caused intentionally

§8. Complaint Procedure in zlotyruch

• All complaints should be submitted electronically to: kontakt@zlotyruch.com
• The complaint processing period is a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt by zlotyruch
• The complaint submission should include: the User's login, a detailed description of the problem, and any attachments (e.g., screenshots) regarding zlotyruch

§9. Updating the zlotyruch Terms of Use

• The zlotyruch operator reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
• Users will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance via the application or e-mail.
• Continuing to use the zlotyruch application after the changes are introduced is equivalent to accepting them.

§10. Final Provisions regarding zlotyruch

• These Terms and Conditions come into force on 2025-02-03.
• In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the law of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the zlotyruch application will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of zlotyruch Sp. z o.o.
